Rocket Revolution – Carterton Space Week 2026

Carterton Space Week is organised by Go-Carterton, Carterton’s Business Association

The 2026 World Space Week theme, Rocket Revolution, explores how advances in launch technology are transforming access to space. From reusable rockets and commercial launch providers to student-built experiments and satellite missions, the barriers to reaching space are changing rapidly.

During Carterton Space Week, we will explore how these developments connect with astronomy, education, innovation and New Zealand’s growing role in the global space sector.
