Finish Carterton Rocket Academy with the week’s most advanced model rocket workshop.
Presented by It’s Not Rocket Science, this 4.5-hour session is designed for keen rocketeers, makers, teens and adults who are ready for a more technical build. Participants will construct, refine and launch their own advanced model rocket while exploring the design choices that help rockets fly higher, straighter and more safely.
This is a focused, hands-on workshop with limited places so everyone gets proper build time, guidance and launch support.
Part of Carterton Space Week: Rocket Revolution, this advanced session is for those ready to take their rocket skills beyond the basics and finish the week with a serious launch.
Suitable for: Teens, adults, keen makers, confident beginners and returning rocketeers.
Bring: Patience, curiosity, problem-solving energy and your best countdown voice.
