We will send all other agenda papers for the AGM closer to the meeting. This will include the President’s report, the Treasurer’s report, the Performance Report, proposed resolutions, and election nominations. Should you desire a copy of the Performance Report, which sets out the financial results for 2023/24 before this distribution, please contact Geoff Palmer.
The meeting will begin with a get-together, and all attendees are encouraged to bring something to contribute to a potluck-shared meal.
Our AGM will begin at the close of the meal.
After, weather permitting, will be observation and a laser tour with Ian Cooper. We encourage you to bring your binoculars, camera, telescope or just your keen interest to share the occasion. Please bring warm clothing and headwear – if it is cold, it is cold!!!
TPAS is Wairarapa-based, particularly Carterton, and its membership includes the wider regions.
