Come and spend an evening at the Carterton Space Week Space Market, a gathering of space, science, food trucks, creativity and community in the heart of Carterton.
Drop in, have a wander and discover a changing collection of displays, activities, local makers, space organisations and curious things from across the universe. Meet people who build, observe, photograph, research, teach and simply love space, browse space-themed creations and discoveries, and find out more about what’s happening in astronomy and space science here in Wairarapa and around New Zealand.
Step inside The Mars Blueberry planetarium for a journey through the Universe, with short shows running throughout the evening.
Whether you’re a dedicated space nerd, looking for something different to do after work, or bringing the family along, come for an evening adventure and some fantastic food. Everyone is welcome.
The Space Market is free to enter, with individual activities or items available to purchase where applicable.
